Where do we ship and how much is shipping?
For your convenience, we ship anywhere in the continental 48 states by Fed-Ex. Flat, ground Shipping rates are listed with each product and at the checkout you can choose ground, or expedited shipping(expedited shipping cost is based on your given zip code) . We ship to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico at additional cost. We ship to APO by USPS only.
Will my order be shipped the same day I order it?
Express orders placed by 2 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped same day.  Orders placed after 2 p.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the following shipping day.
How do we ship Evergreen products?
We have boxes made specifically for our wreaths and garland.  All of our evergreen products are made fresh and bagged in a vapor retarder plastic bagging.  We ship by fed-Ex.
When do we begin shipping?
Because our evergreen products are guaranteed to be fresh on arrival, we make every effort to ship your products when you need them. Please specify delivery date in the box provided with each product. In most cases you could expect your product to arrive within 5-7 days from the time of your order depending on your location so please calculate delivery date accordingly. Every effort will be made to accommodate that delivery date.

Tip: If you will use fresh evergreen product in warmer climate (like Florida) please request delivery date in the first or second week of December.
Shipping to family or friends!
We will enclose a gift card with your name and a personal greeting. Your family and friends will be impressed, surprised and very pleased to receive such a special gift from you personally.  You may also ship different items from your order to different people.  Simply provide us with the addresses and gift messages during the checkout process.
What is our Return Policy?
We make every effort to accomodate our customer's needs. If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us before you ship the item back. We do not accept returns without prior authorization. Defective goods and shortages must be reported to us within 5 days of receipt of goods. A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returned merchandise that is not defective.

All return shipments must be shipped back to us at the customers expense before credit can be applied. Shipping cost on all of our products either ground, express or USPS is not refundable. Note since we have a flat shipping cost or if it is free shipping, the actual cost of shipping we pay is deducted from your total return.
